To register to use www.yepss.co.uk you must be over 18 years of age, and must ensure that your details held by us are correct and complete at all times.

When you register, you will be given the option to receive information from YEPSS Convenience Store about products, promotions or special offers which we feel may be of interest to you. In the event that you do not wish to be contacted for such purposes, ensure that you tick the appropriate box as you go through the registration process. You may unsubscribe from our contact list at any time by the Unsubscribe link in our newsletter, by e-mailing us at info@yepss.store or calling us on 020 7661 4006.

Ratings and written reviews will generally be posted within two to four business days. YEPSS reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason.

YEPSS's right to suspend or cancel your registration

YEPSS may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms.

The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Site shall not affect either party's rights or liabilities.

YEPSS’s liability

www.yepss.co.uk is provided by Sinoarm Limited without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet.

www.yepss.co.uk provides content from other Internet sites or resources and while Sinoarm Limited tries to ensure that material included on www.yepss.co.uk is correct, reputable and of high quality, it cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. YEPSS Convenience Store will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience with www.yepss.co.uk. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude Sinoarm Limited liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence.

Our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order.

As a convenience to YEPSS Convenience Store customers, the Site includes links to other websites or material which are beyond its control. YEPSS is not responsible in any way for content outside the Site.

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

Amendments

We may occasionally make changes to our terms and conditions. If this concerns you, you are advised to check the current terms and conditions prior to every purchase. If you continue to use www.yepss.co.uk after the date of a change in our terms and conditions, your use of www.yepss.co.uk indicates your agreement to be bound by said new terms and conditions.

International Use

Sinoarm Limited makes no promise that materials on www.yepss.co.uk are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing www.yepss.co.uk from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Payment

Please note that for online sales we take payment at the point of dispatch and not at the checkout stage. On some bank cards our initial check for sufficient funds, taken on receipt of your order, may appear like a payment on your statement. This is known as a 'Shadow Payment'. This amount is not taken by Sinoarm Limited, but taken by your bank and held, appearing like a transaction. We take one single payment on dispatch of your order and any amount held by your bank should be accredited back to your account within a week. Our online system allows for only one payment to be taken. If you have further queries about this 'Shadow Payment' please contact your bank. YEPSS Convenience Store will not take any responsibility should any extra charges be applied to you by your bank as a result of your bank holding to your 'Shadow Payment'.

All payments for www.yepss.co.uk are processed in British Sterling (£). Any other prices listed on www.yepss.co.uk are for guidance only and subject to international exchange rates and fees. Please check with your bank as to their policies on foreign payments and exchange rate fees.

Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the date you place your order. Payment is taken when your order is ready to be posted and in the event that the payment card has expired we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order.

Miscellaneous

You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

If you breach these Terms and YEPSS ignores this, YEPSS Convenience Store will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude YEPSS's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or personal injury or death caused by its negligence.

Using our diet and lifestyle search function

Our food preference search function has been designed to help you match relevant products on our grocery website to specific dietary or lifestyle food and drink needs.

We work with a team of nutritionists who regularly review the food products we sell to make sure they fit your dietary profile. However, food products are frequently reformulated, ingredients may change and manufacturers’ data may be incorrect or incomplete. That’s why we’re constantly reviewing and updating the filters.

The search results displayed will contain products from both the range as well as other products that have been identified as not containing a specified allergen as an ingredient.

Bear in mind that other products and filters have been collated by reviewing their ingredients list and any ‘may contain’ labelling, so while they won’t contain a specified allergen, they may not have been produced under controlled conditions. That means we can’t guarantee they’re suitable for a specific dietary need.

Our search function is all about saving you time and identifying potentially suitable food but shouldn’t be used as an alternative to medical advice and carrying out your own checks. We recommend that you don’t just rely on information provided on any list and always check product labels.
