Winner Foods Crispy Egg Noodles is a deep fried crunchy noodles, perfect to placing the noodles on bottom of any vegetables or meat dishes and enjoy.
These Crispy Egg noodles is a CRUNCHY version of Chow Mein. You’ll love how the sauce soaks the noodles so some of it is soft, while some of it stays crispy. It’s a Hong Kong / Cantonese style dish, and there are a lot of variations but the core of it is a bed of deep fried crunchy noodles topped with a saucy stir fry.
How to use
1. Simmer the Extra Fine noodles in boiling water for approximately 15 minutes, stir and loosen noodles, then drain and rinse with cold water.
2. They are now ready to use either in soup or for frying.
Soup: Once the noodles have been prepared following the directions above, they can be cooked in soup stock. To this can be added vegetables, meat, Chinese dumpling or wonton.
Stir-fry: Once the noodles have been prepared following the directions they can be stir-fried with meat and vegetable.
