A regional dish of Kyushu and one of Japan's richest ramen noodle secrets, recreate carefully stewed Tonkotsu ramen noodle in minutes with the help of these dry ramen noodle servings. Rich in pork-free fatty oils, garlic, onions and spices, the soup of these noodles provides a rich flavour base that deliciously replaces the hours usually needed to boil the ramen's pork bone stock. Best paired with the noodles when they're cooked to a firm and chewy texture for authentic contrast.
How to use
1. Put a bundle of noodles into 500ml of boiling water. and stir gently.
2. Boil for 2.5mins.
3. Remove from the heat. Add the soup and mix well.
