This instant soup base combines umami soy sauce, sour kimchi, sweet and savoury gochujang red chilli paste, salty tobanjan spicy bean paste and other spices into one perfectly fused sauce.
How to use
1. Place soup base mix in pot and bring to a boil, then add your choice of meat. *Shake well before opening.
2. Turn the heat to medium and skim the scum off the top.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients. Once everything is cooked through, serve and enjoy.
