Foo Lung Ching Kee Potato Starch Flour 450g


Potato Starch is grinded with specially selected potatoes. The starch is high in carbohydrate and highly absorbent. When mixed with water into a paste, it can become a substitution for flour to improve the texture of the dish. It can also be used as a thickener to thicken soup or sauce. Potato starch is greatly used in Chinese cuisine.
