Baijia sour hot flavour instant vermicelli noodles make a quick hot lunch at work or easy weeknight supper. The instant vermicelli noodles come with a hot chilli, ginger and sesame soup with rice vinegar and seasoning sachets.
Instant vermicelli noodles are also called glass noodles, because they go almost see through after cooking. The texture is also very different from wheat or egg noodles instead of retaining a firm bite, glass noodles take on a much softer jelly-like consistency.
How to use
1. Put all contents in a bowl.
2. Pour in 500ml boiling water. and cover it for 5-6 minutes.
3. Mix well before serving.
