    Cold Chain Delivery Options

    Chilled and frozen products products will be dispatched Monday to Friday.

    Orders placed for chilled and frozen products on Friday (after 2pm) to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

    Delivery for chilled and frozen products items are only available in the UK Mainland due to courier service levels.

    Your order leaves us at 2pm and arrives the following day (normally by 6pm). Less than 1% of our deliveries arrive a day late.

    Cold Chain Delivery Restrictions

    We do not advise customers to order fresh, chilled and frozen items to the areas outside of Mainland United Kingdom, (including Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly).

    Our website accepts orders for delivery to many different countries but in view of customs or logistics issues, we do not guarantee to fulfil every order placed. If we cannot ship your order to a particular destination because it is at risk of not arriving in perfect condition, we will contact you to discuss if you want to take the risk or if you would rather refund.

    Cold Chain Packing

    We use the most sustainable materials to pack our chilled and frozen products products. We use a combination of specialist packaging to ensure a guaranteed high quality cold chain delivery. This also ensure that products have been temperature controlled during the delivery process.

    Our dry ice packaging can guarantee the quality of the product for approximately 24 hours starting on the day of dispatch.

    When Arriving

    Please transfer all the frozen products to the freezer and chilled products to the fridge immediately after arrival. 

    Defrosted or Damaged

    When you receive your delivery, the frozen products may be slightly defrosted on the surface but the products are still in good condition.

    YEPSS will not be responsible if the customer decided to re-arrange the delivery time for the parcel (containing chilled or frozen products) which caused the chilled or frozen products to defrost.
