Baijia A-Kuan Sichuan Broad Noodle Sour Soup Flavour 110g
As expected from the name, the wheat flour Baijia Sour Soup Flavour instant broad noodles were indeed broad with a width of about 1 inch. They were thick and had a pleasantly springy texture that reminded us of fish balls. The broth will definitely appeal to fans of Sichuanese cuisine. The Baijia instant broad noodles had the distinctive numbing spiciness from the Sichuanese peppercorns that were nicely complemented with a dash of Southern Chinese chili oil. The addition of peas in the garnish was quite a pleasant surprise. These instant broad noodles rehydrated very well and provided a slight hint of sweetness to the dish.
How to use
1. Put all contents in a bowl.
2. Pour in 500ml boiling water. and cover it for 5-6 minutes.
3. Mix well before serving.
