Tanoshiya Frozen Yang Chun Noodle known as yang chun mian, is a very popular and comforting breakfast noodle in Shanghai, China with an interesting name Yang Chun Noodles (阳春面). It tastes refreshing and savory, and is deeply loved by the local people. Basically it is served with a simple broth with soy sauce, chopped green onion, lard or sesame oil. The superior version may call for light chicken stock.

How to use
1. Fill pot with water depending on serving and bring to a boil.
2. Cook straight from the freezer, add some sea salt and Yang Chun noodles to boiling water, and let it boil 5-6 minutes until noodles are tender and cooked through.
3. Bring boiled noodles into bowl without water, then add soup. Meat and other ingredient can be added as well.
4. If frying noodles, boil 1 minutes less, and then you can add to a wok with stir-fried meat and vegetables with your choice.
