Zheng Feng Bean Curd Stick (L) 200g
Bean Curd are popular in Chinese cuisine and can be used in dishes as a gluten-free, vegetarian alternative with great texture. Bean Curd Stick, which are made from soy beans, need to be rehydrated before cooking, so soak them in hot water for at least 15 minutes until they are softer and supple.
Zheng Feng Bean Curd Stick prepared from special grade soybean. And it is nutrient-rich – perfect for vegan dishes. They also have the delicious chewiness associated with Chinese ingredients such as shiitake mushrooms, pork fat and tangyuan. Much like tofu, these Bean Curd Stick absorb the flavours of whatever they’re cooked in – so add a few to flavoured broths and red-braised dishes.
How to use
Place bean curd Stick in lukewarm water until soft. Cut in the size you need. Recommended for stir-fry dishes or as soup ingredients.
