Use these bags for holding soup ingredients to infuse soups with whole herbs and spices. You can even fill the large bags with bones to make stock – simply lift the whole thing out when you’re done.
The cotton bags remove the need for straining, so are ideal if you want to make a clear broth that’s packed with flavour. -
