Cultivated in Italy, this rice is a new variety of Koshihikari (a type of Japonica rice), produced under the watchful eye of Japanese rice-growing professionals with traditional growing methods. A fluffy, slightly sticky rice perfect for using every day as a side dish to a Japanese meal, or for moulding into sushi and onigiri rice balls.

    How to use

    1. Steam Rice: Add 1 2/3 cup of water with 1 cup of Rice and cook in a steamer or rice cooker for 20 to 30 minutes

    2. Cook Rice: Mix 2 cups of Rice and 3 cups of rice, add 5 1/2 cups of water, steam and enjoy

    3. Porridge: 1 cup of Rice; add 10 cups of water; then steam it and enjoy
