Yume Nishiki Super Premium Short Grain Rice 1kg
Traditionally grown Japanese rice. Great Japanese cooking requires great Japanese rice, and this 10kg bag of Yumenishiki is more than ready for the challenge. Cultivated in Italy, this rice is a new variety of Koshihikari (a type of Japonica rice), produced under the watchful eye of Japanese rice-growing professionals with traditional growing methods. A fluffy, slightly sticky rice perfect for using every day as a side dish to a Japanese meal, or for moulding into sushi and onigiri rice balls.
How to use
1. Steam Rice: Add 1 2/3 cup of water with 1 cup of Rice and cook in a steamer or rice cooker for 20 to 30 minutes
2. Cook Rice: Mix 2 cups of Rice and 3 cups of rice, add 5 1/2 cups of water, steam and enjoy
3. Porridge: 1 cup of Rice; add 10 cups of water; then steam it and enjoy
