CJ Dadam Sweet & Spicy Tteokbokki Sauce (Stir-Fried Rice Cake Sauce) is a spicy and sweet Tteokbokki seasoning with various ingredients in anchovy broth. It can be stored at room temperature, making it easy to enjoy at home or outdoors. Prepare the basic ingredients and easily complete the delicious Tteokbokki. After making the broth with anchovies, we added the ingredients such as red pepper paste, starch syrup, and red pepper powder to complete the seasoning.

    CJ Dadam Sweet & Spicy Tteokbokki Sauce (Stir-Fried Rice Cake Sauce) is a Dadam Tteokbokki seasoning with excellent spicy and sweet taste. Storage at room temperature makes it easy to use at home or outdoors. If you have only basic ingredients such as rice cakes and fish cakes, delicious tteokbokki is completed. If you are served with vermicelli sari or tempura, there is no such delicacy.

    How to use

    Ingredients: 1 bag of Tteokbokki seasoning, 360g of rice cake for Tteokbokki, 100g of fish cake, 200ml of water, 30g of green onion (based on 2-3 servings)

    1. Cut fish cakes and green onions so they are easy to eat.

    2. Put water, Tteokbokki sauce, rice cake, fish cake, and green onion in a pot and boil for 5 minutes on high heat.

    3. Boil for 7 minutes on high heat and add ramen (if preferable) when Tteokbokki starts to boil.
