    • Ottogi Jjajang powder that can be cooked simply and easily, without having to fry Chunjang or prepare starch separately. At home, simply enjoy the taste of authentic Chinese Jjajang. It can be used for various dishes such as Jjajangmyeon, Jjajang Tteokbokki, and Jjajangbap, and it is more granular so it is more soluble in water.

      1. chop meat, unions, potatos and carrots into fine pieces.

      2. cover with water 1400cc and simmer untill it is cooked.

      3. Ottugi Jajang ,1 cup at a time ,beating after each.

      4. Simmer until sauce is very thick

      5. Enjoy your meal (This food is great with rice).
