    Last orders for Easter

    We like to make sure everyone can plan the perfect Easter weekend, so here’s all the delivery dates and options you’ll need, including Next Day Delivery, Saturday Delivery and Named Day Delivery. Whatever you like. And don’t forget to note the Last Order dates so it all arrives on time!

    Order after 1pm on Wednesday 31st March, will be delivered on 7th April.

    Cold Chain Delivery

    If you order chilled or frozen food, the cold chain delivery fee of £4.90 will be applied automatically.

    Missed Delivery

    If you are unable to come to the door to speak to the driver then a card will be left, and as per the normal process the parcel will be re-delivered next day or returned to the local post office or depot, where you or your nominated representative may collect it. Please make sure you read the details on the card about ID that needs providing when you collect.

    For Local Delivery, you can also call Customer Services. They can try to reroute the delivery to you again if the van has not yet come back to the store. If the van is back in the store your order is cancelled, so you have to do the shopping once again.

    Sold Out Items

    If a product you've ordered isn´t available in store, we'll remove the items from your order, the refund amount will back to your account in 2-5 days. Your delivery note will list any sold out items.

    We may provide the suitable alternative to the product you ordered, it will not be added to your shopping list and you won't be charged for those products.


    If your item is unwanted and not faulty, please make sure that it is unused and in a sealable condition complete with its original packaging, alongside any promotional items associated to the purchase.

    Take your unwanted or faulty item(s) to your nearest YEPSS Store, or contact Customer Services to get a pre-paid return shipping label.

    Please Note: YEPSS cannot accept the return of unwanted fresh and frozen foods due to the cold chain transport.
