Shaanxi cold noodle is a noodle-like Chinese dish made from wheat or rice flour. It is a specialty dish originating from the cuisine of Shaanxi Province, but has now spread to many other places in China, in particular the northern and central regions. In north-western areas of China. Although Shaanxi cold is served cold, they are served in every season, including winter.

How to use

1. Put the noodles in a bowl, then pout in boiling water.

3. Remove the noodles from water and drain well.

4. Add seasoning to the noodles and mix well, your delicious Shaanxi cold noodles is ready to serve (some vinegar can also be added if you like).
